What exactly does ClickTruth? Audit?
Sign ups and traffic. We send traffic through our system. It then goes to the sponsor as normal. We arrange with the Sponsor program and the processor, to receive the Credit card post-back data. Accompanied by the raw hit count, the Sponsor?s sign up count, and a few other propriety information streams, Clicktruth can see very quickly if there is an anomaly in the system, and the reporting of sign-ups..

We then compare the info from the post-back data, as well as our own required information to the results the sponsor reports.

ClickTruth? routinely audits each program through a 12 point proprietary system. Participating webmasters? traffic may be included in these audits but it will be transparent to any user of the ClickTruth system.

What does this mean? So they get the postback data from you and from the processor? How can they legally get this data from the processor? How do they know the data sent to them from you is valid?

I have no beef with Epic. I use them. They make me money. They have a lot of niche sites that do a good job converting. I wish them nothing but continued success.

but basically how it works is that the sponsor puts in hooks into their affiliate program. whenever a signup comes in they report the signups information to clicktruth (the information is the transaction number from the processor and the affiliate id).

Now, click truth will do occasional random audits on each sponsor that click truth supports. the sponsor has no way of knowing which signups are click truth audited transactions, so when the signup goes through and the sponsor reports the information to clicktruth, clicktruth knows the transaction id from the processor and they know the affiliate they signed up through, so if the information from the sponsor comes back to clicktruth all the information should jive, if not there is a problem.
Also as an affiliate if you wish for your traffic to a specific sponsor to be audited, click truth will audit your specific traffic for a small fee.

Do they join themselve as well so now and then to see if they get credit? And do they join from multiple countries? I mean you can shave for example German customers to the "second" paycom account...
