So you meet a girl and start dating...

when do you (personally) decide to stop having sex with a condom?

Days? Months? Years? Never?

after you both hit up the clinic and know you're 100% clean and only if I'm on the pill. Safety first :thumbsup

these days wait until you get a blood test


stuff like genital warts and chlamydia, are running rampant in people 19-24 these days

Condoms? Never heard of them.

Ideally you really shouldn't stop using the condom. I would think you would both get tested before you would even consider not using one, and even still, whats to say that either one of you won't be faithful even though you may be in a commited relationship?

Nah! Seriously, when I used to date, I forced my b/f to use a condom for the first month or so... Then, we started "forgetting" about it...
I know, aids has no face, and you never know. I guess I was irresponsible. But I only had like 2 b/f before meeting my husband, so I think numbers were on my side :)

And I was lucky!

BTW, condoms are not fool proof, you still can get an STD.

Just waiting doesn't change the risk in any way, I wait until I see her blood test (hiv and hep-c), 1st day or half a year, condom only until I see this test with her name on it.

Sure there are other "nice" things you can get, but all of them, like chlamydia, won't resist two weeks of antibiotics. Genital warts are something you can easily see, like herpes...if you pay a little attention.

What about babies? No noe seems to be talking about that. Kids no one really wants and dead beat dads.

Personally, I like to remove the condom immediately after sex and use a new one each time.

Uhh, I've had too many close calls, and quite a few girls that said they might have been pregnant.

Until Im married, and we're ready for kids.
