Ok, so that was two years ago, but today still there are bestiality paysites processing Visa. But they are using european billers...so was this only a ban by Visa US ( for US based processors ) ?

But even US based processors like Epoch itself process 'suggested' bestiality sites like the ones from Dollar Machine or Silver Cash....

So anyone knows what exactly do the current regulations look like on this subject?

Visa USA does not allow any of the IPSP's to process for any website that contains or depicts content that reflects, bestiality, rape or incest. Nor will it allow the URL to contain keywords that reflect this sort of content as well.

European billers are not subject to VISA USA regulations. Visa International is a bit more lenient. However, it is becoming more and more difficult to open a site with such content even with a European billing company.

If there is a US billing company processing for such content, then it may very have slipped under the radar screen.

Bestiality is illegal in US.

But is legal in Holland, Denmark, Sweden.
So if you will host your site in any of these countries, and bill your members trough local billings, there should be no problems.
You will also need a local company, to be accepted by billing company.

The main problem remains with "farmer girl" sites. Even if they do not contain "explicite bestiality", they may be "associated with" it. The decision belongs to the billing company.

When you are of the SilverCash's size, you will have no problems.

If you're a small guy, IMHO you will fail.

Thats just not true. It does not make it less illegal for an US citizen to run a bestiality site in a foreign country.
