Do you care about sponsors' reward points ?

Personally i dont give a fuck.....
Accumulated rewards points cause only problems what to chose, often complications or delays with placing the order and problems with shipping internationally ( but i know US webmasters dont have the last problem though... ).
So overall I'd rather see the sponsor paying $2 more per join instead of offering any reward points...

How about you ?

I've been trying to get a powerbook for almost 2 months now using points, it's gotta get approved then shipped..

aye big headache :/

Its more $$$ for the sponsor.

Just like industry rebates. Not everyone will remember to send them in, etc. etc.

Free money for them, compared to upping the payout

I don't like points. More cash and I'll BUY whatever I want.

It's something that's nice to have but the bottom line is what matters first.

its just something nice to have
but thats mainly it

I got some nice shit from reward points up to date
but an buck or two per sale would not have been bad either ;)

Corleone 07-12-2004 10:10 AM

they're a nice bonus:)

More money will definitely do. Points are pretty cool, but anybody would ofcourse prefer money over points.:2 cents:

there extra, why does everyone think reward points are equivalent to giving more cash, there just extra for webmasters to keep promoting

Sounds like ARS to me.. they been having some problems with their rewards store. They are like 2 months behind last I heard.

They still owe me some futureshop cards too.

Send gifts with your reward points to me :)

Of course, everyone wants money instead of points, anyone knows that, the idea is that this system can always be stopped (without altering payouts) while a decrease in payouts would sound bad ...
