Someone copied my entire TGP. What measures can i take?

Allright quick intro to the situation. I'm steve, and run www.gals4free.net. I had some fucker copy over my entire TGP last week. First he hosted it here http://gals4free.sex4dollar.com . A few days later it redirect to http://hotgals4free.sexbrides.com/ . Ok so now, i did some research. Check out the sponsors links he did change (alot are still linking to my stuff). And then i suddenly saw this clickcash sponsor and that gave me the first clue.

Last year i had a guy buy advertising on gals4free and he payed with paypal, and after the week of advertising he somehow managed to charge it back through his bank or something. So i ended up not getting paid. A whole series of excuses he pulled out of his ass and still i dont have the money.

A few weeks ago he msgs me again for advertising. I tell him i recognize his name and that i wont even consider advertising for him again unless he pays what he owns me. No response to my answer.

This guy advertised for the clickcash sponsor last year. And after digging in my inbox i found out the link codes are the same. Same affiliate id and everything. So its the same guy, ripping me of once more.

So now, i do the basic steps... email his freehost to kill his account... no response... whois the domain of this freehost and call the number listed there... no response.

Whois the domain this guy used last year on one of his emails (trustahost.com) and find some information of him. But noone on the other end of the line.

Try to call that sponsor clickcash he uses and no response.
(after sending two emails to them without response over a one week timeline, great webmaster support, really thinking of using them .. *cough*not*cough*)

So quick sum up. I tried contacting his hosting, his only sponsor and some old domain that still has his info (which i guess is out of date by now) and i cant reach this guy.

I did a search on yellow.com for his name, but nothing shows up.

What other ways do i have of tracking this fucker down. The way he copied my page over is just unacceptable, disregardless that it hardly got any traffic so far (counter at the bottom)

do you have a ss# or tax id?

Go beyond his host to his hosts upstream providers (check spamcop or something to find abuse contact info). Find a copy of the Digital Millenium Act and compose a letter informing them that they are providing bandwidth to a company hosting site(s) in violation. CC it to all parties. And good luck.

I used to have this page where i could look up the upstream providors of the hosts but i dont have it anymore.

Anyone could give it to me?

Every thumb you click on that copied page will probably go there. Not every thumb on the actual http://www.gals4free.net .

why do you care ?? I can understand about the money he ripped you off for, but why do you care if he uses your design ??

If he is using rinkydink methods, then it's doubtfull he is going to hurt your "image"

You have already done your homework, just do a bit more digging.

tip, use google with his sponsor codes, and you might just find some more dirt..

Seems like more than a rip on you. I didn't look real close yet, but he prolly has fucked with sixzeros and nimbi over at comusthumbs. Note the same trading partners too.

The design appears to be theft. Have to admit most of the display is a function of using comusthumbs. Still, he did steal your design as far as I can tell.

I'd be telling everyone about this including all your trading partners. Some of us take this shit seriously. If someone is doing this to you, what are they doing to me or will I be next!!!!!

Assume you're hitting all the boards with this. I'd zip an email off to sixzeros too.

Is using the trading script? Did he pay for it?

If he is stealing to promote click cash email them and they will can his account.

Ahmm, Your site is not PR ranked and his is a PR0. There is a message there, not sure what though??

ClickCash has always been responsive to my emails.

In todays email hell, ya can never tell if it got through...

this will work for sure... the hosting company will act and have to pull the plug... although most likely the bandwidth providor wont do anything about it.. the hosting company will see bandwidth company cc'd and act quickly.

So no he didnt pay for the script as he aint uses his "own"

Pussyluver: Yea i guess, but two emails and no reply is a bit dodgy. Tried calling them, but all i get is some phoney automated helpdesk to press numbers for this section and another number for that section and in the end nothing.

Wvuatl: Yes that what i want to try, does anyone have the url where you can look up the main upstream providors for hosts?

Make a letter and send it to everyone... his host, upstream providers, his sponsors (with affiliate code)...

Someone will care.

Gals4Free - This is really fucked up. There was a thread about people taking Nasty Dollar galleries and changing the affiliate code somehow using spyware or something.

I suspect there is more cheating going on than we can even think about. I see all the usual stuff, but now it appears to be getting more sophisticated.

Clicking on any of your thumbs takes me to xxxonfire.com - did like 15 in a row. Is something up with your script?

Clicking on thumbs at http://hotgals4free.sexbrides.com/ leads to real galleries. I went back to your site and just can't get through to a real gallery. Keeps going to xxxonfire.com. For the record, sixzeros is above question in my mind.
