any good webbased image explorer(/editor) software?
 

i'm looking for webbased software that enables me to browse folders of images, and also edit them, such as deleting, moving, resizing, renaming etc.
something like windows explorer (in thumbview mode) but then webbased...

i've never seen such a tool... any of you guys have?
