Hey, my programmer woke up to discover he was banned from here, but he dos not know why.

Personally, I have only seen him post a couple of times, so it is hard to imagine that he screwed up too bad. Maybe you got him confused with someone else?

a couple days ago i was getting random banned messages. refresh the page and the thread shows up. weird.

This happens from time to time and has been happening for as long as I've been on GFY. Just a bug. Hit refresh and you should be 'unbanned'.

NOTE - When someone is banned, it is my understanding that the phrase 'so fucking banned' appears in the title under their board name.

Yeah I'm not disputing that at all. I just feel its a bit harsh you posting about possibly firing someone when you don't even know for sure why he was banned.
