I talked to an escort today I thought was cute...offered her a job doing softcore modeling...she wanted the same rate she gets paid to take it up the ass from a john...$300 an hour. Seems kinda steep for an hour of softcore modeling from an amateur. Anyone have any better luck dealing with escorts as models?

depends on how you sell yourself. If a girl is making most of her money escorting, show her the rates that "pornstar" and "playmates" get for escorting and explain that with the publicity she will get from the photo work she will be able to raise her rates.

Do they make good models? Some do, some dont..but that goes for any girl out there.

If they are advertising on the web, a lot of escorts prefer not to have their images circulating out there. Notice that a lot of them cover their faces in their escort adds. As a result, they are unlikely to agree to modeling unless it is worth their time.

I tried using some escorts before to shoot content, didnt work out since they make alot more money doing what they do. Its not worth it for them.

Escorts make alot more money escorting than shooting porn. Why do you think alot of porn actresses escort? Porn queens command more than $1000 an hour. While many dancers became porn actresses to become feature dancers, most now shoot porn to escort.

Secondly, escorts can slip away unnoticed at the end of their adult indutry careers. Most models don't have that luxury since their faces will be plastered on video covers for a decade. Escorts will have less to regret.

usd per hour is way too much anyways even on escorts most of the hookers that cost this sum's of money will earn only 50% or 40% of it.
