      Swiss Hotel - very nice, centre of Amsterdam - I loved it

          I would say the Amstel or Krasnapolsky
          those are pritty expensive though, but if you live in the usa you get a lot of guldens for your dolars...

          Or try the Victoria also in the middle of the city
