Merchant Account idea..
 

Sell a membership card that can be used at both mainstream and adult sites. Would this get around chargebacks and high risk?

1. You are selling a card, which is a physical good, not a membership.
2. You can require signature on delivery for the card so you can stop chargebacks
3. Visa can't say its for a porn site.

would it float or sink?

I like it. You can give it as a stocking stuffer at Christmas
