watermarking mpeg files....

...without converting them to .avi , is that possible ? i tried with virtualdub but if i want to watermark them i need to convert them to .avi , and i dont want to do that....

I add watermarks to the resulting .wmv and .mpeg files during the encoding process with Cleaner XL. [You must use small .png files you can create in Photoshop.]
