hey

does anyone have ever been replyed using their contacts page? i asked for some personal info change to my account 1/2 months go.. now again... and no one awnsers or does anything...

is wegcash dead? lol

i am about to be sent payout ( i hope ) and the adress is wrong...

Nicmo...they were moving offices as stated on the site about 2-3 weeks ago...your email prolly just fell into the hole....

I've never had any problems w/ support. Try their board or find someone here.

I had what I thought was a serious issue about whether my traffic was being credited and its been a couple of weeks without reply.

They have always been real good to me. Jeff and Gabe always seem to be on top of things.

I did recently have a payment inquiry post get overlooked on the board but perhaps they arent watching the boards as close.

Try AIM or ICQ contacts with them and you will get your problem sorted out.

We have no intentions of disregarding your request for an address change and I apologize for the amount of time taken, but unfortunately, if you are who I think you are, the change you want is far more complicated than just making a single-change.

I responded to you and let you know that we are working on it, but unfortunately, this one will take a little more time.

I've been waiting for a reply from them for quite a few days now as well - and I had my request for help sent to them via email AND on their board. Still no reply...
