Dude, that looks like a good gallery to me. PK and RR think so as well or they wouldn't have listed you.

You are not being aggresive enough on your textlinks... you need more than a banner and a short description of the site.. most tgp surfers can be bothered reading that.. they respond better to large text in a bright contrasting colour that says something catchy..

also, check the tour on the site you are promoting and see if you would signup.. if so, they are probably ok....

Richard realm don't send to much ... I was listed and it generate maybe 200 hits a day on my CJ site with a lot of text links ... thumbzilla was driving like 3k with the same gallery .

I would suggest getting your banners a little less compressed, so they look a little nicer. The banners should stand out and catch the surfers eye

If your sponsor allows it, add a hyperlinked text enhanced link below each banner

Increase the size of you bottom text link and add some spaces (blank space) below the last part of the page so surfers scroll down and peek at that bottom text link.

the gallery looks good to me, but like the good folks said, you gotta make the text links stand out more and be more catchy.
As for your sponsor, they look good

your gallerey is fine, but no pitch to your sponsor.. You gotta sell your product.. Products dont sell themselves anymore.. The market has changed.

Everyone makes galleries now. You gotta market much better if you want to survive the competition.
