What is the best program to...

Batch resize images for thumbs?

I am currently using Seeryous Capture and want to know what everyone else uses and why they think it is better.

Thanks will look at it. Can it do multiple directories at once or only 1 at a time. This is the current problem I am having with the software I am using. Would like to be able to put in a top level directory and have it create thumbs for all subdirectories.
