Sometimes taking stuff public is the best way for change. I bet you they would re do their affilate interfaces faster from a few bad posts than calling you sales rep or customer support.

Do me a favor though... Don't rush to make a deadline if it means coming out with a buggy product. I'd rather wait a little longer for a stable product than have it come out sooner but have to deal with problems. :2 cents: |

i was going to use ibill as a secondary processor a few months back but when i calleed to get it going i never even got a real person..was on hold for maybe 25 mins listening to that song they run in a loop on thier machine.
I couldnt use a company like that as much as i would like to diversify. |

On hold for 25 minutes I find that hard to believe. I have been with them for over 3 yrs called day time , night time.
