Well, we usually have public discussion to identify needs, then we go on to what you basically have up there.

One person can never identify all the needs, it is through group discussion, diffeent points of view that you are able to really see all the angles and get the ideas.

Public Discussion = Main imitators of your product emerge

I worded that wrong, I meant group discussions not public....hey, it's early here. We have our rap sessions where everyone sits down and just talks about what we can do...ideas...how to make the things we have better etc.
