i use tdcanadatrust.com (just cause i use em as well) but works for me

yes, just for 'real world' rates. i'll check out both suggestions. i need to convert Yen to CAD, something i'm very unfamilar with...

i used to use yahoo but i found tdcanadatrusts accurate on what they will give me... and has the easy calculator :)
