Question about patents and copyrights
so if i own thehunn.com or microsft.com then i am intentionally trying to profit off of someone elses copywrittin property, right?
what if i own copyright to my mispelled domain and begin a small marketting project to prove that i am not just stealling typo traffic, and i am making an effort to find my own. would this put you in the clear against big companies? i dont have a clue what im talking about so it prolly looks fucking retarded, but im sure you understand what im asking ... |
Example, if you owned thehun.net or thehunn.com
You could use it for everything you ever dreamed of, except porn. If you put porn on it, you'd be using his brandname to sell your product(s) |
You might be in the right, if you did as you say, but you could still face a battle should they decide to take you to court over it..
Try using playboi and watch the legal boys jump on it.. no matter what you put on the site.. It's all a matter of whether you want to chance being out lots of court bucks to win your arguement. |
