The FTC might fine me for $150K, what should I do?
I cold emailed roughly 10 different TGP's yesterday telling them about Skin Traffic and asking if they would like to do business. I didn't realize that was spam. :(
I hope nobody reports me to the FTC. I really can't afford $150K right now, I can hardly buy a burger at Wendy's. I'm screwed. Any advice on what I should do now? |

Direct individual emails to solicite business is legal and not considered spam. I believe spam is defined as bulk mailing.
