It's only $117 Million after taxes. What a ripoff that is when you think about it.
They always have their hands in your pocket any way possible. :1orglaugh |

I would travel like a mother fucker telling everyone in the world that GOD IS BRAZILIAN
|
I'd start a tpg if I won that much money. I would see at least a 150% return within 6 months. :Graucho

Its a bit of a government scam on words. :1orglaugh |
She already has a couple of lawyers and financial planner. When she knew she had won, she put the ticket in a bank safe deposit box. In her press conference, she was talking about a charitable contribution. Tax shelter no doubt..
Sounds fairly savy to me! Hell, she could spend plenty per day and simply live off interest, thats really awesome. In some states, heirs cant inherit annual lottery payments, so lump sum is smart for her. I think she'll be ok, LOL :thumbsup |
wow thats a lot of money
|
yup it is :2 cents: :Graucho

I would do something insane like buy every household in my local city a pizza... just for the hell of it... or pay the bar tab for one night in every bar.. that still wouldn't even put a dent in that much money though.
Cheers, Matt |

Too bad the U.S. lottery isn't run like the Canadian one. She woudn't have to pay taxes and she would get it all in one lump sum..
|
Some 65 year old man here won the $160 million jackpot (I think it was $160 million) after taxes he came home with likr 60 or 90 million not too sure. Why is it older people always win the lottery?
|
I would buy myself Soma.
|
I would call all the talent agency in the world and hire the most girls I can, fly them to montreal for shooting a scene with me as the only male actor :Graucho
