Canadian Bank with USD Credit Card and Reward Points / Airmiles?
 

Are there any? I'm currently with BMO and they won't offer me any reward points on my USD Credit Card or line of credit.

Royal Bank has a USD gold credit card (only comes in gold). You get 1 point for ever $1 US you spend on it and you can use the points towards air travel or other goods in their rewards program.

Costs $65/year but has tons of insurance packages when travelling especially into the US.
