im about to launch a new affiliate program, but apparently you have to give prizes away around here to get people to sign up.. what would be the best choice?

**Most** people who send minimal (like around 0) signups want prizes.

Most webmasters who do any sort of volume want high payouts, great conversions, and good retentions.

Cash is ALWAYS a great idea. But I'm leaning towards the NES. Seriously. I've been trying to get one an Game Xchange for months and they sell out as fast as they come in and I'm dying to play the original Final Fantasy 1 game I've had for the last several months. :(
