    Got a supoena today :)

    State of Nevada vs Rod Winkler, on Aug 2nd

    I finaly get to face the hit and run driver that put me in a wheelchair for a few months and permanantly screwed up my leg.

    I'm pretty excited about it. For a long time, looked like he wasnt going to be caught.

                                                      not worth my time or money to file the civil suit, unless the judge just lets him off. But I dont see that happening, this guy is not a 1st time offender, and the charge is a felony.
