I finaly get to face the hit and run driver that put me in a wheelchair for a few months and permanantly screwed up my leg.

I'm pretty excited about it. For a long time, looked like he wasnt going to be caught.

Congrats, I'd love to see the outcome to see how much he has to pay for that little hit and run :)

he has nothing, doesnt own a home or anything... more like, sue him and give the judgement to charity, which is worth nothing

not worth my time or money to file the civil suit, unless the judge just lets him off. But I dont see that happening, this guy is not a 1st time offender, and the charge is a felony.
