Pimpserver for TGP galleries?
 

Anyone using Pimpserver for TGP galleries? Are they banned by some TGPs? Any reason why I shouldnt use them?

My main complaint is that my recip buttons dont show up on the galleries uploaded on Pimpserver. Do they have some kind of *small* file size limit? Cos the big image files all show up but the recip images dont. Their tech support dont reply. I've sent them 3 emails and no reply for a week.

I've used pimpserver for tgp posting, it all went fine, fast servers, no problems.

But the hun blacklisted them for agresive advertising...

he likes smutserver and pornhouses better...

The only file size limit is the 80K maximum. Are you absolutely sure the buttons are on the server, and that your links are valid?

And have you posted a message on their board? I think you have a better chance of a response there than through email.

Thanks, I'll try the board. I'm absolutety sure about the buttons, I uploaded the whole gallery together, only the buttons dont show the rest of the images/banners do. I tried it several times with different files. I couldnt upload at all using BulletFTP (server not supporting passive ftp) and only managed with FlashFXP.

Hey man sorry to hear that you are having problems with pimpserver. Can you please send me your user name so I can see what?s going on? Pimpserver is not on the ban list on The Huns Yellow pages. The hun accepts galleries from pimpserver providing the galleries meet to his rules they will be listed. Most other big tgps don?t have a problem with our free host as well, look for our referrals post on our board to see what tgps send us the most traffic. you could be right, but im sure pimpserver was on the blacklist when you had a mouseover on the advertisements which enlarged them...

I've sent you an email Deniska. Pimpserver is working well for me, except I have to host the recips on my server. Being banned on the hun will not matter that much, the other TGPs are sending well, 20K with 2 galleries in 2 days.

Forgot to mention, Deluxe, pimpserver was not on the hun blacklist when I submitted. At least the script sent me a confirmation number email.
