Content thief caught, check yours
 

We had a guy apply for our affiliate program the other day and as per our rules we checked out his site. What we found was amazing. This guy had stolen several of our exclusive pics, turned them into thumbs, and was using them to promote another program. We declined his application to be an affiliate, and started looking around. We sent him an e mail telling him which images we had copyright on, and to remove them immediately. He tried to explain that he was already an affiliate, but we checked........he isn't.
So if you run a site and have exclusive images on it, better check out http://www.enigmagirls.com to see if any of yours are on there as well.
We downloaded this directory:
http://www.enigmagirls.com/ct/thumbs/
and found a lot more of our images on his servers. We are letting him know he has to remove them immediately :)

:1orglaugh :1orglaugh Yeah.......that was our reaction at first too, (still is sorta) it was when we checked out his directory for thumbs that got us though, we found a LOT of our stuff on there. It probably wouldnt have been so bad, but he was using our images to promote someone else site, and it was crappy!! LOL
oh well i hope check to see if they are using theirs

Update on this guy........
he stole a total of 1732 images that we have the exclusive rights to that this guy grabbed.
one thousand seven hundred and thirty two stolen images from our sites alone.

That's 1732 counts of copyright infringement..
That could hurt large time... !!

I'm getting a 504 on that site.
