I hate those tiny flies that swarm
 

Just miniscule flies but they swarm by the thousands in like a 6ft area, and If I walk/bike through the group it's like hail hitting my face. Quite disturbing, I have no idea what they are called though.

I know what you mean...they are not fruit flies, bigger then that, but smaller then a normal fly. And they do hang out in a small area and just bump into each other. Really weird...I always thought that they were baby flies, but I might be wrong about that.
