their whole icq support is offline, i cant call them

How does them being offline prevent you from calling?

They respond to emails within minutes... and I've never had a problem that they couldn't fix right away.

If you had of emailed for support right away instead of coming here bitching you would have been sorted by now

I have three boxes on Phatservers, their support is first class. I can?t recommend their techs highly enough. I usually get issues responded to within minutes and never longer then 1 hr.

i am not saying that phatservers support is bad *shrug* i just want someone to take care of my problem becouse all my domains are giving me a 403 on all pages and my ftp login / pass do not work (for some very unknown reason) and i lost ost huge amounts of money already and i am loosing more money with every minute.

Ok don't panic, if it?s a serious matter I?m sure you can see the emergency support email listed in the auto responder message you would of received by now.
