Device sharing won't stay off...

I keep turning off sharing for my drives... but everytime I restart, they're re-enabled... any ideas?

Clean Your Windows from spyware...
I've seen that happen due to that crap.

Use an updated Ad-Aware for instance, and run it from Windows' error-safe mode.
