I hate champagne that has a sugar taste. It should have a crisp clear taste. please stop making that shitty champagne!

its pretty simple champagne isnt champagne if its not from champagne region :)

asti is italian so its spumante just like spanish african etc its all nice but no champagne, even the french have a word for champagne thats not from the champagne region its champagnoise

dont get me wrong the best not-champagnes like www.veuve-amiot.com can be even better then the real champagnes...

if you dont like sweet ones just skip the ones saying demi-sec, they injected sugar under the cork which makes them sweet
