I said "Pics???" because I actually don't have them yet. One of my models had her friend drop by my office. When she walked in I said to myself "God loves me today" because the girl is very thin and looks young, which are two things my members seem to love. I asked her , "How old are you?"

Model: "I'll turn 18 this Saturday".

SCREEEEEEECH!!!! AIR BRAKE IMMEDIATELY APPLIED!!

Me: "Okay, well I can't talk to you about this until Saturday"

Her: "Jennifer (her friend that has modeled for me and who is 19 years old) already told me all about you."

Me: "Okay. In that case, come in on Satuday and I'll pay you to photograph you on your 18th birthday."

Her: "Okay, can I come in at 10am".

Me: "That works for me"


This will be the first time I've photographed a model on her 18th birthday. Will I go to hell for this?

All I said was that I'd pay her to photograph her on her 18th birthday. I didn't mention nudity, or anything like that. For all I know, she could have been a test by the local PD. She did know one of my models, which makes the whole PD test scenario less likely... but still, I don't even want to TALK about this business with a model that is not yet 18.

and neither will you break the law, if you understand that she is not 18 on her birthDAY, but 18 on the anniversery of the hour and minute of her birth.

in lieu of her showing you her birth certificate, showing the minute and hour of her birth, i would not talk to her until the day AFTER her birthday.
