This is a full operation including DVD inventory, label printers, scanners, packaging, etc. It can easily be run by 1 person out of an office but is scalable to run with 25 employees or more (enough to handle $10M in annual revenue). The site was developed by a 3rd party contractor that will still be available to support the site if needed. They are very reasonably priced.

A family emergency means I will not have the time to keep the site active for the foreseeable future so regrettably I am putting it up for sale. I have spent over $100K getting the site up and functional and it is profitable after advertising for just a few weekends with Google. I never had time to start an effective affiliate program before my time was taken away and the site was growing at an impresisve rate just through the google program. A good affiliate marketer would knock this site out of the park.

As far as upside goes:

Netflix has 1.3 million subscribers generating $26 million per month in Revenue. If you can convince just 1% of their subscribers to join your service for porn, you will have a 7 figure cash flow operation. Never mind the other 97% of DVD renters in the country you can target.
