What exactly do you mean by "supports hosted galleries"? A lot of sponsors have hosted galleries, myself included. What exactly do you want?

if offering hosted galleries to my affiliates has nothing to do with my processor, and all relies on a script, then does anyone have any links or resources? (sorry, im new to running an affiliate program)

You use a script to generate the hosted galleries for them with their linking code intact. Not sure where you get it, but a little research and you should find one.
