I've never seen this site advertised here, and I just recently became aware that it even existed. Anyways, http://www.managed.com has the cheapest (by far) dedicated machines that I've found, and they do not have setup fees. It looks like they're hosted on Abovenet and XO bandwidth. I have no experience with them, and I'm not endorsing them in any way. I'm just passing along a site I recently found with ridiculous prices.
