Problem with trades is that most of the auto signups come with a trojan these days, so I closed that down. So for now it has to be through ICQ. Any email that get's posted also gets bombed, so it's easy to miss a email trade request.

Production, making sure the exchange rate is good,if any proxy hits are coming from trades..etc

no traffic = delete

forced downloads = delete
bot report = delete

I add trades when needed by contacting other webmasters

Max of 1 trade per day. Make sure you force a lot to let the owner of that site know that you are serious.

I usually force 30 / hr for 24 hours to new trades and then let it be.

I try not to delete any trades unless they're doing really bad. In that case I usually contact the webmaster to see if there's anything that can be done to salvage the trade.

How you set up your trades depends a lot on the script that you're using. All scripts have different ways of determining what trades to send to. You need to get that down and go from there.

thank you for all ideas ;)

I will only accept trades in my niche. No general tgps unless it is a site that sends traffic from a linklist only.

I always set the trades to 1:1.5 so i always send more back.

I will view the trade for 4 days or so to make a decision to keep it or scrape it.

Productive trades stay none productive ones go. If you are trying to get started I would buy traffic then set say 5 trades aday. Then watch them for a few days can the worst ones then get 5 more. keep doing that until you have all high production trades. Onec all your trades are high production then you can go back and add some that were not quite as good. Also i would not skim more them 30% to trades. If you do it will be alot harder to get bookmarks and lets face it bookmarks click ALOT of links.

How many trades do you guys have?
I started my site yesterday and I got 41 active right now, I think thats pretty good.

More Booze 41 trades for just a 24 hours of a period for starting is too much. The idea is not to have much trades. You can have and 10 trades, but trading big amount of traffic. For beginning i would advice you to add 1 trade a day... if you overload your script with too much trades in a little time.. the traffic will be messed.. since not all trades will be good... and you will not achieve anything with your traffic trading
