YOu like music? Open this Right now
I've been into music forever now and I was trying to think of a good way to incorperate it into the web. One idea I got was a sort of freestyle database, where someone can sign up to an account as easy as username/password/e-mail.
Have an e-mail confirmation script inside if it, so I get a little something.
Once they sign up, they get a link to send out to people that prints out their database of freestyles/writings. They can comment and rate each song that is typed, and eventually possibly even let them upload a mp3 of their song. I'm not looking for too much money from this, just enough to keep it on a server without touching my bank.. Think it'll be good? Any ideas and feedback would be appreciated. I figured you all know what you're doing, this would be one of the best places to see if it'd be successful. Thanks :)
