How/Where to realistically value top-quality adult domains?
 

I bought about 15 good quality adult domains on the first day you could register "rude" domains back in July 1999.

I have been approached on various occasions and offered around $1000 for a domain here and there. I have never considered selling any at that price since they generate decent revenue, initially from type-ins and now from other traffic. :glugglug

I don't really want to spam the board with the domains themselves. I would, however, like to ask whether any of you know anyone who seriously buys *good* one and two word adult domain names, and whether they would be prepared to give me their opinion on realistically achievable prices for them? I'm at the point where I would now consider selling them as I do not believe I am likely to properly develop them to their actual potential.

Dont try and value a car without showing people it

To be honest, I'm not trying to get a value for domains from the board - I'm more interested in finding out where one *should* go for this type of thing. This would be useful for many people to know, I imagine.

If it turns out that there are no specific places / people focused on this, then I'll look at "guerilla" marketing on the boards and elsewhere - but that's not the point of this thread :)

TheSpermKing, well there is no indipendent way of putting a value on the domain name. It general they are worth based on the how much money they make or how much one is willing to pay for them.

Just look up what previous similar names have sold for.
