I've been playing with compupic and its really good.

JDO with MagiCompression, costs $500 but reduces filesize by 30% without any noticable diffrence in quality.

Everyone shouting "Photoshop" should check the link Matt gave, it will reduce your files 30-50% in size without seeing noticable diffrence :2 cents:
