We are looking at setting up a spider to crawl the net, then see if the content is licensed. If it is fine.

If not we make approaches to the URL registr and the sponsor, giving the possible infringing site owner 48 hours to respond. If he does not we start going to work, freezing his affiliates accounts, and then DMCA notices go out to him, his host his sponsor and his URL registation company.

Sponsors, hosts and registation companies that do not respond will be taken to court.

I'm sick to death of policing other peoples businesses. It's not my job to find out if they are being sent traffic using stolen content. It's there jobs and a judge has already ruled on it I think.
