The issue is not legality of item being advertised, the issue is the right of a merchant to set standards in their place of business.

You can legally walk around barefoot, with no shirt on, but a store can refuse you entry or service based on your (lack of) clothing.

As another example, stores sell condoms, but the condom boxes don't have penetration pics on them. If they did, I guarantee that the stores would not sell them. Would you then say that these stores are stopping the free speech of condom manufacturers?

The owner of the bowling alley already has your money. They don't want to piss of other customers, so of course they kicked you out.

If someone came into my store with a GFY shirt I would make sure they were a PAYING customer... then I'd just ask them to roll up their sleeves so the kids don't see.

Of course, I'd have to hang out with them because if they have a GFY shirt then they must be cool! I can't wait to get mine... hehe

I wore my shirt into some nice resteraunts at the Venitian in Vegas just rolled up my sleeves when I sat down so people didnt have to stare at the wording No biggie
