Is the crime commited?
A man walked into a Circle-K, put a $20 bill on the counter and asked for change. When the clerk opened the cash drawer, the man pulled out a gun and asked for all the cash in the register, which the clerk promptly provided. The man took the cash from the clerk and fled, leaving the $20 bill on the counter. The total amount of cash he got from the drawer? Fifteen dollars. If someone points a gun at you and gives you money, was a crime committed?
i say no! |
I say yes. The crime did take place. Now was it a success? Hell no. He must of thought all the CSI he was watching was going to make him a super crook.

A stupid criminal is still a criminal.

yes a crime was commited, he is just a dumb fuck:2 cents:
|
Yeah. It's a crime. Crime against humanity that man might be able to reproduce.

Yes a crime was commited. And he's lucky it wasn't one of my friends liquor store, which they would've shot him. Think if you point a gun at a cop, they shoot back, why becaue they don't know you cause. When you pull a gun at somebody, it is automatically commiting a crime. Doesn't matter if you get less or more money, or if you pull the trigger or not. :2 cents:
