i need an ftp access freehost without to many banners that allows tgp traffic.
does this exist ?
and if it does could someone give me an url to it ?

Lightningfree is great but they don't have ftp,both Smutserver and Nudehost do.I use both and haven't had any problems with either.

hounddog, do you know anything about Nudehost's support? A friend of mine has tried to host a domain with them, but in vain.

Is lightning free still sending a pecentage of traffic to error pages? I sure hope not. Screw free hosting all together. I used it in the past to learn the ropes. That is about all it is good for. Stynk or smutserver would be your best bet. Smutserver has FTP. Stynk is just cool. But Paid hosting is the best way to go if you want to make real money.

Yes, if you're on free hosting you're bound to go thru some real frustrations. I've had free hosted (large) sites alongside with paid hosting all the time, but these former have been a constant source of aggravation http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/frown.gif
