what are your thoughts on sites similar to pictureview?
 
From a consumers perspective they are good value. Lost of daily content, at a relatively low price?


Pictureview has the benefit of getting "free" content.
How come there arent more of these types of sites available?

Seeing as they are stealing content my view of them is pretty low.

They will be illegal once the new 2257 rules come out, in fact they are probably illegal now.

Arent they just displaying content thats already accesible? They are just making it easier to view the images arent they?

They rip the content from newsgroups. Now if something is posted on newsgroups it does not make it legal. Even if it is public domain.
