i only give praise to those that are worth it, and i have to say that tootie is the best designer around for the price she charges. she's been in design and graphics for over 7 years.

i never understood why people would outsource their design work to foreign places just because its a bit cheaper. wouldn't it be better to have a north american designer do your work, like bannerbabe.combannerbabe.com , because she actually understands what converts on north american traffic. therefore she designs with that in mind:)
