carbohydrates (bread, pasta, rice, potato etc.)

You could do what I did ten years ago, got a hernia in late May, got it fixed, was too lazy to walk or ride the bicycle.

Kept eating all the food I was eating before the accident, gyros, pasta, Breyers Mint chocolate-chip ice cream and the like, and soon enough I was working as an Elvis impersonator. :1orglaugh
