First time this has happened, how do I need to handle it? I can't find any contact info

Contact the programs he/she is using and tell them.

call the police and report a theft!

Contact them and tell them to remove your pics or they will face legal actions.

They will remove them. 95% of the time it works.

Also, hit up the guys at GuerillaTraffic and tell them that he's breaking their TOS by using copyrighted material to push their sites....

If he at least gets a threat from them it might help, and they're good people, so I'm sure they'd do it.

You can threaten legal action but he probably thinks that cost vs law/recovery is going to keep you from doing so. Unless you are going to spend money for GP best to do as suggested and hit sponsors & hosts with complaints.

Kind of amusing that the offending webmaster's address is in "Fountain Valley;-)
