As for your current Asian tgp, I like it. It's one of the better tgp designs around, however that doesn't say much - As most of them look like complete & absolute shit. Yours needs a new header. Other than that, it is layed out very clean and looks allright. Good luck.

I'm not being a troll. It looks like crap. First impression is I've stumbled across a gallery. The text links look generic and don't give me any reason to click. I'd expect to get circle jerked or to hit a lot of blind links if I bothered to click. (as a surfer).
