We're not promoting scumware apps. Just promoting a new service offering from my company -- programming that uses PHP, VB, IE plugins, Active X, and other types of backend services required by clients who've asked us for a quote.

The only reason I brought it up is because that list is a recipe for auto-installing scumware.

Coincidentally, that's the top list of services required by people who've contacted us before looking for web applications. The others are MySQL, XML, and Java.
