Whats a good program to get rid of spy bots

You mean like spyware and adware? If so I recommend AdAware and SpyBot. They're both good, but I like to use both since neither picks up everything.

Just a heads up, make sure you update the definitions once dl the programs.

Good options

I use a combo of SpY Search and Destroy & Adaware to clean
& Spyware Blaster to immunize/protect.

Works well.

Sad to say that many on this board promote toolbars and various scams that encourage these problems...

FUCK the software, just buy a Mac.
