Apartment rental prices in luxury or high demand areas
 

If you know the rental prices of nice homes/apartments in good areas then post the area, what kind of place, and $ here.

Just want to get a good idea of what it costs to live in different areas.

otherwise you can get away with a dingy little place in the city for $1200-$1500 a month. in an average neighborhood

about 600-1k a month for a nice rental in myrtle beach sc.
im in that range and am walking distance to the beach.

yeah I dont want to hear about the shitholes though!
$500,000 comes out to $3300 a month payment.
So a nice $2million apartment is about $13.5k

I rent my apartment in Hawaii for $1500/per month. It's right across the street from the beach. :2 cents:

for a phat pad you can pay between 2-5k per month here... some penthouses more expensive than that...

monthly maintenance fees on some places in NY are a killer
