Is there a script that counts where your visitors come from (top referrers) and than it makes a table with the top referrers and number of hits.

Try the sexlist counter, it gives the top 100 refferers.

I'm not sure quite what you want.

If you just want a counter, that you can log in and check your stats. Then what the other people suggested will probably work great for you.
